Payment

Payment options:

 Cash – upon the courier dispatch delivery to the specified delivery address

 Payment cards - online on our website

 Wire transfer to our bank account by invoice

Prices include VAT (PDV).

In these cases, the payment and delivery procedure is agreed individually by our manager with the customer and can be payed in advance in the amount of 100% of the value of the order, and cash payment upon receipt of the order is not possible if:

1. The ordered product is not in the warehouse in Podgorica, or if it is necessary to deliver the product from our supplier from abroad.

2. In case of ordering oversized items: weight over 15 kg, length over 2 m.

3. If the customer does not have a local number or if it is impossible to get in touch with him after two attempts.

4. If the customer previously refused to receive the ordered goods according to the agreed order.

5. In the case of ordering goods in the amount of more than 500 EUR.

Izjava o konverziji valuta

Sva plaćanja biće izvršena u crnogorskoj valuti. Iznos za koji će Vaša kreditna kartica biti terećena dobija se konverzijom cijene u drugoj valuti u EUR prema važećoj kursnoj listi Centralne banke Crne Gore. Prilikom terećenja Vaše kreditne kartice, isti iznos se preračunava u Vašu lokalnu valutu prema kursnoj listi kartičarskih zadruga. Kao rezultat ove konverzije postoji mogućnost neznatne razlike u odnosu na izvornu cijenu navedenu na našoj web stranici.

Izjava o zaštiti prenosa ličnih podataka

Unos i prenos ličnih podataka i podataka o broju kreditne kartice zaštićen je najvišim sigurnosnim standardima koje osigurava WSPay sistem za on-line autorizaciju kreditnih kartica u skladu sa zahtjevima kartičara i kartičarskih brendova te PCI DSS standarda. Autorizacija i naplata kreditnih kartica radi se korišćenjem sistema WSPay za autorizaciju i naplatu kartica u realnom vremenu.
